He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, and the Institute of Directors. His background covers both commercial shipping and yachting, giving him expertise in complex HR and multi-jurisdictional payroll.

Richard has a strong foundation in both legal and administrative operations. With experience navigating complex regulatory environments, Richard ensures full compliance with employment law and industry standards. His role spans end-to-end payroll management, crew onboarding and contractual reviews. Richard is known for precision, confidentiality, and a solutions driven approach.
