CrewBridge was established with a simple objective—to provide maritime businesses and maritime professionals with a better way to manage employment, payroll and people.
Drawing on decades of experience working with international shipowners, offshore operators and maritime professionals, we recognised that many organisations were facing increasingly complex employment, payroll and compliance challenges while seafarers often experienced inconsistent employment support as they moved between assignments.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, and the Institute of Directors. His background covers both commercial shipping and yachting, giving him expertise in complex HR and multi-jurisdictional payroll.
