We provide crew payroll services on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis for seafarers globally, managing tax compliance and Social Insurance according to legal standards. Employee net salaries are paid in various currencies through advanced foreign exchange platforms, ensuring seamless and on time payments.
Human Resources
Our HR team manages all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring comprehensive human resources services. We handle contractual agreements and offer expert support in areas such as discipline, employee sickness and welfare. Each crew member is engaged under a Seafarers Employment Agreement (SEA) that aligns with the best practice standards set out in the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
