CrewBridge Limited manages your Compass Portfolio, professional records, assignment administration, employment documentation, mobilisation support and ongoing contractor administration throughout your membership.

Your Compass Portfolio is your secure electronic professional record maintained by CrewBridge.

It contains your employment documentation, professional qualifications, certifications, assignment history and other records relevant to your maritime career.

The Compass Portfolio is securely maintained using enterprise document management systems and is continually updated throughout your employment, helping to simplify future Assignments and reduce administration.

• STCW Certificates
• Medical Certificates
• Flag State Endorsements
• Employment Agreements
• Assignment Confirmations
• Payroll documentation

Once your Seafarer's Employment Agreement has been established with Compass Crew Limited, it normally remains in place until your employment ends.

Each new Assignment is confirmed using an Assignment Confirmation, which records the specific commercial and operational details for that Assignment without requiring an entirely new employment agreement.

Each Assignment is confirmed through a CrewBridge Compass Assignment Confirmation.

This document sets out the specific details relating to your Assignment, including the Client, Vessel, Position, Salary, Joining Arrangements, Rotation, Duration and any special conditions.

The Assignment Confirmation forms part of your Seafarer's Employment Agreement.

Your salary is paid by Compass Crew Limited, your Professional Maritime Employer.

Payroll is administered in accordance with your Seafarer's Employment Agreement and the applicable Assignment Confirmation, ensuring payments are made accurately and in accordance with your agreed employment terms.

Payroll is administered by Compass Crew Limited using professional payroll systems and established payroll procedures.

You will receive salary payments, payslips and other payroll documentation in accordance with your employment arrangements. Any statutory deductions or authorised deductions will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

CrewBridge Compass has been designed to support employment arrangements that comply with the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC), together with other applicable employment and maritime legislation.

Compass Crew Limited fulfils its responsibilities as the Professional Maritime Employer, while CrewBridge Limited provides the contractor administration services that support compliant and efficient employment administration.
